1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EstateEgypt’s website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & acceptance

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Accounts & roles

Users may browse, save favorites, and contact listing parties according to platform rules. Brokers and developers may publish and manage listings subject to verification and policy requirements we communicate in the dashboard.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information.
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users or misuse contact details obtained through the Service.
• Attempt to scrape, overload, or compromise the platform or other users’ data.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Egyptian law or the laws applicable to you.

5. Listings, reviews & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit (text, images, descriptions). You grant EstateEgypt a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote that content on the Service.

You confirm you have the rights to any media you upload. We may remove content that infringes third-party rights or breaches these Terms.

The EstateEgypt name, logo, and site design are protected. Do not copy or misuse our branding without permission.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Listings and user-generated content are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of any property. Conduct your own due diligence before transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstateEgypt and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

7. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to users or the platform.

Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability limits, intellectual property) will remain in effect after termination.

8. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Egypt shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
